HIV/AIDS Profile
First Response® HIV 1-2-0 Whole Blood test is a lateral flow rapid chromatographic test that detects presence of HIV antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma in less than 10 minutes. This is a simple finger prick whole blood test that is capable of differentiating between HIV-1 and HIV-2 infections including subtype 0 as early as leading US-FDA approved Elisa test kits. The test kits can be stored at room temp under 30 deg C.
First Response® HIV 1-2-0 test has been evaluated and approved in several countries, It has been extensively evaluated by WHO, Pasteur Institute, CDC and several other sites. The test has shown nearly 100% accuracy in laboratories and in field evaluations.
