Kimberly Tegarden
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategies and Member Services 

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategies and Member Services, Kimberly Tegarden strengthens coalition member relations, enhances member services, and recruits new companies in the fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Prior to her work at GBC, Kimberly served as the National Director, Corporate Social Responsibility for World Vision, Inc., an international relief and development organization working in 100 countries.  In this position, Kimberly successfully married sustainable field-based programs with corporate responsibility goals, thus forging private sector and nonprofit partnerships to stem the global HIV/AIDS pandemic. She also founded WILFund (Women's International Loan Fund), a World Vision charitable microfinance capital fund empowering women affected by HIV/AIDS.

Before transitioning into the nonprofit field, Kimberly spent fifteen years in the private sector. In her last position, she served as International Brands Manager for Sara Lee Hosiery International, where she established the international licensed brands business in 27 countries for Donna Karan Hosiery, DKNY Coverings, Liz Claiborne, and Hanes.

A passionate advocate for the poor, Kimberly has worked internationally throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas in both the private and nonprofit sectors.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
