PAMELA SHEPARD
Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations 

Prior to joining GBC in January 2004, Pam was the Chief Financial Officer for God's Love We Deliver in New York City. The organization was the first of its kind in the U.S. to prepare and deliver meals and nutritional services to hundreds of people living with HIV/AIDS daily, and was founded at the height of the epidemic here.  In the latter part of her time there, she was part of the executive team that helped grow the operation from $5M to $10M and guide the addition of other critical diseases to the scope of direct services along the way. 

Pam’s background includes managing the financial offices of several community NGOs in the New York area, building a range of experience in financial systems and administrative operations. She is a graduate of Florida State and Rutgers Universities and currently oversees the financial and support functions of GBC headquarters and regional offices.
